(LWF) may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including in respect of prices and availability of items. All prices listed on this website are in USD and all charges will be processed in USD.

All prices listed on this website are subject to confirmation. (LWF) will notify you by email if the confirmed price of an item you have selected differs from the price listed on the website or on your purchase order/estimate and/or invoice.

(LWF) reserves the right to limit the quantities of certain items which you, your family or any group can purchase. (LWF) will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, (LWF) will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. If goods are not available or there is a delay in delivery (LWF) will notify its customers within 5 business days.

Goods will be shipped by courier. Once Payment has been received and processed, goods will be shipped, please allow 3-5 business days.

Export Restrictions

(LWF) will endeavor to deliver to addresses within the US only.

(LWF) is committed to complying with US legislation governing privacy of personal information by businesses. (LWF) is committed to the security of all information associated with our customers. We have security measures in place to attempt to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of personal information under our control. Any personal information you provide will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it and will not be added to any third party mailing lists.

Fraud Prevention

In order to protect you and (LWF) from fraudulent transactions, (LWF) may provide your transaction-related information to a reputable third party organization to perform address verification. This address verification is intended to ensure that the “bill to” address that you provide matches your credit card address. (LWF) also reserves the right, at its discretion, not to ship items ordered or purchased on this website to certain addresses.

Refunds

Defective items will be replaced. (LWF) will not process Refunds for incorrect purchase or change of mind. All Refund requests need to be made in writing to sales@legionellawaterfilters.com within 7 days of purchase. In the event that (LWF) is not able to ship an item, you will be notified by email and any amount charged to your credit card will be refunded.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

• Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours. There is no shipping on Saturday or Sundays therefore orders placed on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
• legionellawaterfilters.com ships all products by a third party courier with a delivery time of 2 – 5 working days.
• legionellawaterfilters.com takes no responsibility for items which are shipped successfully but fail to arrive due to the failings of the shipping company. Once an item has been successfully dispatched from www.legionellawaterfilters.com it is the responsibility of the respective shipping company.
• legionellawaterfilters.com, at our discretion, will do everything we can to support the customer with a claim against a courier. Please be aware that www.legionellawaterfilters.com is acting in good faith and is providing this service as part of www.legionellawaterfilters.com policy to offer our valued customers the very highest level of service.
• It is our company policy that we do not ship to Post Office box.
• All deliveries are sent with registered couriers and must be signed for at time of delivery.
• Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped.
• As the delivery companies are third-party courier companies, we are unable to control their delivery time.
• The courier is also unable to ring you prior or during delivery.
• If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery.
• If you are not home at the time of delivery additional delivery charges may apply.
• Order cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped.
• Shipping time may vary depending on your location, please allow 3-5 days for delivery within the US.
• Shipping charges are determined by packing size, weight and delivery location.

We have complete procedures of Raw material inspection at supplier spot (100%), and then IQC (100%), PQC (100%), FQC (100%), Standard inspection are made before delivery at our factory.

Limited warranty: Safe Water Products Limited represents and warrants for the warranty period of one year that its products will be free from substantial defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is subject to exclusions and limitations. For details on warranty and limitation of liability, please refer to our warranty sheet.
